Standard shipping will take approximately 1-3 weeks once an item is shipped from our distribution center. Shipping times may vary, Roma Furniture will not be liable for any damage, loss or expense incurred if specified dates are not met.

Delivery appointments for orders will be scheduled in a 3 hour time slot between 10 AM – 6 PM Tuesday through Saturday.

Standard in-store shipping rates apply.

All items will be shipped once the complete set has arrived at our distribution center.

Upon delivery, customer is required to confirm pieces delivered and customer’s signature is required as proof of delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be present at time of scheduled delivery and to provide accurate shipping information. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Customer must inspect items delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to note any damages to merchandise on delivery receipt prior to signing. 

Delivery does not include moving and/or removing old/used furniture.

If the customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, we will accept your return request within 3 days of receiving your item(s), exclusions may apply, see below.

Upon return, delivery and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer which will be deducted from the applied refund.

A 20% restocking fee is applicable on all returned items.

For returns, items must be unopened, in original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items: custom made or special-order items, mattresses, items without original packaging, damaged goods unless noted prior, final sale/clearance items.

If an item is refused for delivery, it will be marked as a return therefore, return policy applies, see above.
